NACSA CALLS ON TRADITIONAL AUTHORITIES TO BAN THE USE OF FIREARMS IN TRADITIONAL CELEBRATIONS AND FESTIVITIES

The Commission strongly condemns the increasing display and misuse of firearms at social gatherings and traditional festivals.

We respectfully urge traditional leaders to place an immediate ban on the display and use of firearms in this year’s celebrations and festivities.
