Weβre thrilled to announce that popular youth influencer and peace advocate Abubakar Saddick (Cyborg PU) has joined the National Commission on Small Arms and Light Weapons (NACSA) as an Ambassador for the Gun Amnesty Programme!
During his visit to NACSA, Cyborg reflected on his past actions, expressing regret for publicly displaying a firearm and discharging ammunition. He was educated on the objectives and importance of the Gun Amnesty Programme, and the role of citizens, especially youth, in promoting peace and lawful conduct.
Moved by the mission of the Commission, Cyborg publicly committed himself to serve as an Ambassador for the Gun Amnesty Programme using his voice and digital platforms to educate, inspire, and mobilize young people across the country to support the voluntary surrender of illicit firearms.

βI believe peace and freedom begins with responsible choices and actions. I have learnt my lessons because now I know that the law is the law,β he said, urging the youth to be at the forefront of building safer communities.
NACSA warmly welcomes Cyborg to the Gun Amnesty Train and looks forward to a strong partnership in spreading the message of making Ghana a peaceful, safe, and gun-violence-free country.
